The jumper hoses are specially designed for gas transfer at high pressure. The hoses are typically manufactured composite layers as following:

• HNBR lining compound
• Textile layers
• Rubberised layers
• Steel wire reinforcement
• Reinforced layers with steel cable
• Glass textile layer
• Special fire resistant cover

The hoses ensure outstanding fatigue and H2S resistance and are designed with a patented gas venting system.

The jumpers are manufactured in one single length and terminate with two flanged end fittings suitable to be connected to the jetty structure piping flange and FSRU ERS lower valve.

The hoses can be designed and built in accordance with API 17K standard or certified according to DNV-OS-E101. The hoses have significant track record in high pressure gas applications.
